Feedback - What Others Are Saying About Our Videos

  • I spent .99˘ with you guys and SAVED well over $200 / 300 bucks in labor costs! That is a huge and important savings for us! As always, before I start a repair project, I search out the net…almost always youtube! You guys BY FAR put out the most competent and user friendly vids I have ever seen! Had to come back to my computer 4 to 5 times to double check your lesson in different spots but now…I am sitting at my computer with one MAJOR hassle behind me! Because of the way you guys produce your vids, you instill confidence, to the point of saving us out here in internet land copious amounts of time! I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen, to check out your site! - Joe

  • Really great job guys: Great video and audio quality and content. I'm attempting to do my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan's water pump and 'maybe' the timing belt. Sure wish you had a video on that! :-) But again, I found this to be so valuable. I took notes on all the tools I'll need as well as a grocery list of all parts, even some I wouldn't have thought of like the plastic fasteners. Now if I could just buy that shop for .99 cents I'd be all set! Again, thank you for a very professional job! - Paul

  • Good video. Changed the fuel filter on my Chevy Silverado 1500 HD Crewcab with no problems using your instruction. - Terry

  • I am a bi-vocational minister and music teacher . . . I am NO mechanic. But your video about how to replace the fan belt on my 2005 Town & Country 3.3 liter engine made it easy even for me! Thanks! - Clay

  • "secret" not in haynes manual, or orig. owner manual, about how to deal with e'brake hanging up when removing rear rotors was key for me. I will likely be back soon for my next "save some $$ for retirement" project. - Ray

  • A good logical presentation. It confirmed for me that there are no special tools needed and that it is like most disc brakes and is a very straight forward procedure. - Jack

  • Simple and to the point! Thanks. - Bracken

  • A good, very easy to follow video...in particular for us amateurs. Thanks for the supplies/tools list as well. - Julie

  • I just purchased and viewed the 2008 Toyota Sienna LE disc brake/rotor change video, and I have to give you guys a big THANK YOU for putting that together. I didn't realize that I was missing a few tools, compared to what I read in the repair manual. I'll be checking out some other videos when I need that "extra hand" to get the job done. Keep up the good work! - Mike

  • Great, easy to understand video! Saved me over $200 (even with using top-of-the-line parts) vs. doing it in the shop. Thank you! - Vadim

  • I replaced the front brake pads and rotor on my Toyota Camry all in one evening. Your video was very helpful. I watched it twice to be sure to get all the instructions down. The project cost me $183. I was very pleased with your video and what to look for during the project. That was the best $.99 I every spent. - Charles

  • Wish I would have viewed the video before I started. I would have had the job done in 1/2 the time. - Robert

  • The video helped me immensely. I struggled for several hours in the driveway to fit the pads and couldn't get the last one in. Found your video this morning and discovered that removing the caliper from the bracket made it a very simple, quick task. With gratitude. - Sean

  • The video for changing the fuel pump in my Suburban was excellent, and helped me understand what I was looking at. Just knowing that "yes, this is the right thing to do" gave me peace of mind through the whole process. And knowing whether I had all the right tools (as shown in the beginning of the video) was a big help. It really helped me to determine whether this was a job I could do myself. Many thanks! -Stephen

  • I looked at many different sites to help me change out the rack and pinion on my chevy truck. Your site was the most informative and easy to follow than all the rest. I was 100% satisfied with this site. You can not beat the price or the information. - Steve

  • I used this on a 2001 caravan. I found the comparison of tensioners to be helpful and made sure that I bought one with the tab. I would not have known to look for that feature before buying a replacement without way the video. - Jason

  • I have done very little auto repair since my shade tree mechanic days of the 1970's & 80's. I needed a refresher & this video did the trick. Very straight-forward and easy to follow and understand. Told me what tools & parts I needed and I could see very well each component as it was removed and replaced. The guys did an excellent job explaining the procedure. I will definitely look for your videos to see if they cover my next repair job. - K. Belvins
